HARWOOD
The Harwood Community comprises the area generally bounded
inclusively by 25th Street, Guilford Avenue, 29th Street,
Exeter Hall Avenue and Loch Raven Road. See
map. It contains a variety of housing and businesses,
as well as a small playground located on 27th Street.
The Harwood Community Association (HCA) began in 1992, and
seeks to create a safer, cleaner, and stronger neighborhood
through strengthening community partnerships and sponsoring
neighborhood improvement projects.
Meetings are held on the first Monday of every month, at
6:30 p.m., at Barclay Recreation Center, at 300 E. 29th Street,
and are open to the public. Membership dues are $5 per year
